0.8 gpf Toilet That Flushes 600g & Qualified For WEc2:

Niagara Conservation has a 0.8 gpf toilet out that can flush 600g. At 0.8 gpf you get 50% wastewater reduction and therefore qualify for WEc2.

Only potential down side is the 40 psi water pressure requirement
